Exit the Cancun Airport and drive towards the Cancun Hotels zone

At the very 1st exit, turn right onto Highway 307 South, the sign reads, Tulum, Chetumel and will take you to all points south. You are going to stay on Highway 307 South for about 22km (16 miles)

About 20 minutes on Highway 307 start to get into the Left Lane so you will be ready to turn Left at the intersection to Puerto Morelos. Continue down the entrance road to Puerto Morelos (there will be mostly only mangroves on each side.)

As you enter the town of Puerto Morelos turn Left at the 1st road (Police station is on the corner - this road is NOT a boulevard which is the 2nd road.) Follow the signs for the "La Cebia Hotel"

Continue down this road - it will 1st be residential then it will take a jog and go threw an area with jungle on each side of the road then it will open up and you will see the La Ceiba Hotel on the right side - continue on the road it will again make a jog around the La Ceiba Hotel.

After the La Ceiba Hotel you will pass the La Ceiba Hotel Restaurant - right next to that is Villa Karina (has a sign out front.)

Next to Villa Karina is Casa Maya (also has a sign out front) - then an empty lot (the public easy way to the beach) and next to the empty lot is South Breeze Villa (also has a sign.)
