Over
the years many of our renters enjoy having Chef Miguel Playa del Secreto's
"Chef at Large" (my husband) prepare for them a few of their
meals so they can try some of the regional Mayan Dishes and the
fresh fish and seafood that is caught daily. They tell me that
it is one of the highlights of their trip!
Our Menu has a
variety of Mexican, Mayan, Fresh Seafood & Fish Dinners to
choice from - all served family style or as a buffet. One of the
favorites is the Regional Pork Dish (Cochinita) made with Fresh
Pork roasted in banana leaves seasoned with mild spices and
orange juice, then shredded and served with warm tortillas.
Along with Traditional Mayan Dishes such as Black Beans, Mexican
Rice, Flautas, Enchiladas with Red and Green sauce, Guacamole,
Flan and Margaritas. "Bontanas" (Snacks) also available.
Have

fresh for your meal.
- There is a $15 delivery charge per order from villas other
than the Secret Beach Villas.
- No meals on Sundays or Holidays 12/24-25 & 12/31-1/1.
- Minimum order is $40.
